Loved the price and food

Great food, but would like to see a couple more items, or a daily special for each day of the week. Small dine-in area.

The food tastes amazing, especially with the sumac and tobasco sauce. Me and my brother used to go here all the time. The servers were also so nice and even offered us free drinks once, so thankful for their kindness, we won't forget. I also really appreciate how they continously improve the space over the years (electronic menu, etc.) and keep it clean. Only wish the prices were lower, but I understand the food is really fresh.

Try Mini Koobideh, that was good. They could do better for salad but it was ok. They also could try more stuff from persian culture like traditional yogurt with garlic and many other that I can not remember now, and they would be a game changer. Definitely worth the price.

kabab was over priced compared to typical persian koobide portion which is about $9. Also food was undercooked. Would not visit again

Properly cooked kabobs, nice rice. And a packet of sumac spice added for extra flavour - BONUS! Works for me =)

Persian food. Taste is good but its a little dry. Their wraps are actually very good.

For those who want healthy and delicious food, this is the place. I am so sensitive to food, taste and quality, this place has both. Recently, I asked them to return BBQ wings, they did. It is the best ever.

Staff is always friendly, portions are generous, and the meat is consistently good quality. I also really like their fries.

I have visiting this restaurant since it opened. In addition to having very approachable staff, great food, clean place, the most important and amazing feature of this place is the consistency of alll these attributes over the time. I will not worry to bring guest because of the potential of having bad surprises.In short, Great job and excellent food

If you like kebab, you have to try this place and watch your meat get grilled on closed circuit TV. Very tasty.

Great food, really tasty for anyone who wants to try Persian food, I tried the kubide kabab and the dish with chicken and they are both very tasty. Unfortunately I went there three times but they did not have the Sultani kabab, am not sure if they still make it or they just have it on the menu. I guess the restaurant is run by a family and they are very friendly.

I love this place so much. It is the best Persian restaurant in K/W. They always give you so much rice and the chicken is well seasoned and fresh. The staff is do friendly!!!

I'm really impressed by the great quality of this place. First of all, the lady on the counter is very friendly and nice, the place is really well kept and organized. And food is just fantastic. My butter chicken tastes really good and their kebab was hot and juicy. Totally recommended for everyone to visit this place.

I really like their food specially since it’s the only Persian cuisine in KW area! They have a clean and friendly atmosphere and the staff are amazing! I recommend you try their food even if it’s for one time!

I love eating at Kabob Hut. Not being an Iranian myself, but havjng spent some time there studying I was missing a restaurant with good Persian food. The Menu is ptrtty basic, but the food is excellent. Just the right amount of seasoning, and the stuff very patiently let me practice my farsi with them

It’s pretty expensive for what I would consider “fast-ish” food. However, the portions are HUGE and it is insanely delicious. I would highly recommend going here.

The best Persian food in Waterloo and all of Canada! I recommend the Koobideh kabob or the barg. The food is delicious and the restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly and the prices are excellent! Try it out!

The person at counter is very friendly. Place is clean and looks very decent. Enough parking outside. Food is awsome. You can actually view on tv as how is ur food being prepared. Nice decor. They have couple of tables. Overall nice place. Must try.

The food has great flavour, the service is to your table and decently quick. They make the food fresh right after you order.

The cashier dude is so nice omg. The staff are extremely approachable.

It was very difficult to describe the food at all👌👌😍😍👌👌 I often order gheymeh in Iranian restaurant that I think it's really bad taste and I'm not happy with my order. But this time I'm very happy to make this choice👌👌👌👌👌And a very important point to me, except the food, is how the staff is treated! That was a girl who was very polite with a smile and answered our questions with patience. I recommend this great Iranian restaurant

SOOO Expensive! I bought just one rice and kabob to go for 22 dollars! This is crazy! The food was ok but does not worth this price!

Decent food, over priced

Really amazing Persian restaurant. The meals are delicious and freshly made. The prices are fair, the decor is dazzling. Highly recommend if your in the vibe for some authentic middle eastern cuisine Also the lady that takes orders is super friendly and customer oriented, in general the place is amazing !

Love the Koobide and staff are friendly and polite. Very good choices from menu for only 10 boxes.Should check the availability if you are more than two cause the place is often crowded.

One of my favourite Persian food places in the GTA and KW area. I used to go here every single day for food when I was an undergrad student. I graduated two years ago and do occasionally go back to waterloo to reminisce about my student days. I make sure I always eat at Kabob hut!A lot has changed though. The dishes they used to offer on daily basis are now only specialty dishes on some days. My recommendation would be : Vaziry, Zerkash polao

Have been going here occasionally once in a while. The dish seems authentic and the rice portion is massive, in some way way more than the protein that comes with it. Usually I order the wrap here which is also very tasty. All sets comes with fries or salad, but I always choose the fries because they are delicious!They have daily discounts which you can pick each day of the weekdays too. They also have a cctv that shows you the grill live which is rather unique. Good place to eat with colleagues.
